Snapshot:  I’m a pretty busy 17-year-old who lives and breathes racing everyday. As well as racing, I’m a competitive saber fencer. When I’m not at the race track you’ll find me at late night fencing practices, in the gym, or of course doing homework. I have a passion for Korean food! 

Racing goal: To win the F1 or Verizon IndyCar Series championship

My fitness routine includes: Sessions with my personal trainer, mountain biking and fencing

  • Finished sixth in his sophomore Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda season
  • Took the first victory of the season at St. Petersburg, Fla. from pole position - his first victory in the series
  • Earned eight top-seven finishes in 16 races
  • Made his Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires debut at the Watkins Glen season finale
  • Made his debut in the MRF Challenge Formula 2000 series, racing in the Middle East and India, with six top 10 finishes in 12 races.


  • Finished sixth in his first Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda season
  • Earned Rookie of the Year honors and the season-long Tilton Hard Charger Award
